

For this magnificent icon of Ireland, Grant Leisure was retained to increase annual visitation levels and to restructure the management system, putting in place a phased and market-led development plan for the castle and grounds.
After conducting a feasibility study, a new detailed branding strategy was developed, along with an events program to reimagine Blarney Castle as a magical destination for locals and tourists to visit and re-visit. Finally, taking into account both old and new facilities, Grant Leisure worked to form a cohesive masterplan and an implementation strategy to improve the Castle’s financial performance, thus ensuring its preservation for years to come.
